“Join Ranger Stephanie for an easy-moderate hike approximately 2.5 miles at Seven Islands State Birding Park. We’ll be learning about how to identify trees in the winter when most of them have lost their leaves. The hike will start at the Bluebird Barn by the main entrance of the park. We will hike along the paved ADA Trail to the island and hike one of the loops on the island before heading back to the Bluebird Barn.
Please plan to meet Ranger Stephanie at the Bluebird Barn by 2:00 PM. Bring water and good walking shoes. There will be some binoculars available for people to borrow and use if needed. Registration is $5.00 per child and accompanying adults are free. Siblings that are not of school age are free and welcome to attend as well.
If you have questions regarding this program, please contact Ranger Stephanie at [email protected] or 865-407-8335 (office)/865-333-8270 (cell).”
